For our IT Service Delivery department in Weinheim, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist/Helpdesk (m/w/d).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing support requests in hardware and software areas as well as recording and documentation in the ticket system
  • Setting up and configuring clients, mobile devices, and necessary peripheral devices
  • Managing hardware and software within the asset management framework
  • Managing users with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
  • Monitoring the backup infrastructure and central monitoring
  • Supporting the processing of IT projects

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support is desirable
  • Proficient knowledge in Windows operating systems and client/server administration
  • Secure handling of MS Office programs (O365)
  • IT knowledge about infrastructure topics, especially in the operational PC environment
  • Team capability as well as good communication skills and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Affinity for new technologies
  • Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
