Mission

Maintain and maximize revenue development opportunities in your Paris-IDF area to ensure regional growth, in line with the European and local strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Formalize, validate with your manager, and implement a revenue development plan for a specific client base (architects and designers, installation companies, real estate promotion, or end-users) to proactively identify and target growth and development opportunities (existing or new accounts).

  • Maintain and develop relationships at all hierarchical levels with major clients in the relevant area to provide service and expertise highlighting the benefits and originality of Interface products, services, and offers, and to identify decision-makers.

  • Coordinate the activity of the area and all development opportunities, in liaison with the team. Set priorities and arbitrate, in liaison with your Manager.

  • Provide monthly reporting on the follow-up of projects/actions, pipeline, and revenue forecasts for the relevant client area, and adjust the action plan if necessary.

  • Collaborate with integrity and efficiency with colleagues on projects involving action in two "territories" or areas of expertise, support each other, and communicate proactively to ensure Interface is in the best position to win business.

  • Sell and influence the sale of Interface products and services by respecting our pricing policy, ensuring a balance in our portfolio of client types/products sold, while achieving or exceeding billing targets.

  • Identify and report market and competition information to ensure market expectations/trends and competitor evolution are integrated into marketing and new product development plans.

  • Understand client expectations regarding sustainable development to identify opportunities for selling sustainable products and services and engage clients in our Climate Take Back initiative.

  • Complete client/project databases (CRM) within the given deadlines and ensure all administrative work to allow for fair and regular analysis of progress and sales forecasts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Design products or B2B experience in the industry, preferably in a prescribing role

  • Experience with long-term project sales cycles

  • Successful revenue development experience in a field sales role with achievement of targets

  • Team spirit

  • Driver's license

  • Proficiency in computer tools

  • CRM usage, preferably SalesForce

  • Entrepreneurial profile: strong motivation, dynamism, and autonomy to develop your revenue in your territory, with methodology and consistency

  • Person capable of developing existing clients and conquering new ones
