The Technology Delivery Services (TDS) Division within the Technology and Transformation Department (TTD) is seeking an IT professional to provide local IT support to executives at the Office of the Presidency, located at Headquarters.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in the IT field. Proven experience providing IT local support to VIP personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess: Working knowledge in MS Windows 11, MS O365, Teams Rooms, communication platforms, mobile devices (Android/iOS), MS Active Directory, VMWare/VDI, and workstation maintenance. Working knowledge of ITIL incidents, service requests, and knowledge management processes. ITIL certification is a plus. Proficiency in AI and generative AI technologies, along with their potential applications. General knowledge of servers, network telecommunication, audiovisual equipment, and office assets (scanners, printers, copiers). Extensive understanding of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese, is required. Additional knowledge of Spanish is preferable.
