Duties
Provide oversight and daily management of email campaigns across acquisition segments for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Scope includes briefing creative development, audience management, campaign set-up, monitoring, and performance reporting and optimization.
Schedules sends to all free audience segments for trial/conversion programs
Works in collaboration with Technical Marketing & DF to execute all campaigns
Defines and conducts quarterly experimentation roadmap for focus areas
Manages release messaging in alignment with BU for free audience batch and trigger campaigns
Plans for gap closure needs to ensure we are on path to target
Summarizes performance through measurement and insights
Required Skills
Strong email marketing experience, the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to advance initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting schedules with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
