Pay rate range - $53/hr. to $57/hr. on W2
Must Have
Strong SQL and data warehousing experience (particularly with Redshift)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Quicksight)
Python programming for data analysis and automation
Experience Required
• 3-6 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing
• SAS experience a plus
• Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field, or marketing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders
Nice to Have
A BEST candidate would have:
• Proven experience with compensation analytics
• Strong AWS technical background
• Experience with large-scale data transformation
• Project examples showing end-to-end solution delivery
An average candidate might have:
• Advanced SQL/Python skills
• Limited experience with AWS should be fine
• General analytics background
