Position Type: Contract
Location: Whitestown, Indiana
Salary Range: $30/hr(USD)
1. Technical Support & Operations
Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, Zebra printers, Android/iOS devices, and other endpoints. Guide and support associates in day-to-day operational processes, especially around shipping and logistics tools. Resolve workstation and software issues, including installation, upgrade, and maintenance of systems. Document troubleshooting procedures and provide knowledge materials for end-users. Participate in an on-call rotation, which may include occasional weekend shifts.
2. Infrastructure & Network Management
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure systems. Deploy and manage physical, virtual, and cloud server environments. Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Collaborate with other IT teams to install and resolve infrastructure and system-related requirements.
3. Server, Cloud & Automation
Manage Windows and Linux servers along with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments. Perform patch management and system updates across environments. Use scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
