Sales Director

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry, and we're looking for a Sales Director to join our Enterprise New Business team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, trials, RFPs, negotiations to close for enterprise and global deals within a defined account list
  • Consistently meet or exceed your new business revenue target
  • Develop a deep understanding of IAS's products and competitive positioning, along with an informed view of how IAS can deliver performance and value across your set of accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with IAS's solutions engineering, customer success, product, marketing and pricing teams to execute successful trials and RFPs, and deliver compelling proposals
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive intel, and tailor your sales strategies accordingly
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting in Salesforce

Who You Are:

  • We are looking for a commercially savvy sales individual to win key clients across a defined book of enterprise and global accounts
  • 8+ years of ad tech sales experience in a "hunter" role
  • Experience at a DSP, ad exchange, ad server, or media measurement company
  • You are recognized as being one of the top sellers in your sales organization, and have a stellar reputation within the industry
  • You have a bias for action, and you're constantly driving interest in IAS and booking a high volume of meetings across your target accounts
  • You are curious about your prospects and the industry at large, and you take a problem-solving approach to selling in the value of IAS
  • You have a comprehensive working knowledge of ad tech and digital media, including programmatic, CTV, and the media measurement space
  • You are a team player and excel at collaborating with cross-functional partners in product, solutions engineering, marketing, customer success and pricing
  • You have existing relationships with decision makers at major brands and agencies
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per quarter depending on client needs
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual revenue expectations

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate's compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $135,100.00 - $231,600.00 Annual
