Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Respect and adhere to the mission and fundamental behaviors of Greatbatch.

Adhere to all industrial safety and quality requirements.

Provide support to the Engineer in validations, projects, and other required activities.

Register tools within the calibration system (fixtures).

Maintain and control the inventory of tools (fixtures).

Perform engineering samples and provide support in experiments by collecting samples, making measurements, or coordinating analysis related to new products.

Participate in the generation of documents such as procedures or work instructions and test by contributing your knowledge.

Follow up on the validations of new products (if applicable), machinery and/or raw materials. Provide technical support for process and/or product.

Recognize discrepancies in results and follow operations through a series of steps or processes.

Train associates in the assembly of new products (if applicable) and in general processes during the qualification phase and once completed.

Provide support in the coordination of shipments of samples, materials, and tools between sister plants.

Provide technical support for process and/or product.

Generate reports of test results executed.

Support in the creation of documentation for tools.

Follow up on calibration failure reports and NCMRs related to fixtures and tools (if applicable).

Perform other functions as required.
