As a Senior Pipeline Installation Engineer, you shall be responsible for the installation engineering of pipelines, by developing design concepts, design criteria and specifications, performing analysis, calculations and reviewing and implementing government regulations and industrial codes and practices in order to comply with the project's scope of work.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least ten (10) years of experience in the oil and gas industry, at least five (5) years of experience in pipeline installation engineering discipline.

We are looking for a Senior Pipeline Installation Engineer to join our project team for a FEED Offshore Engineering project, in our office Jakarta, Indonesia.

The role responsibilities include: Installation engineering of pipelines, by developing design concepts, design criteria and specifications, performing analysis, calculations and reviewing and implementing government regulations and industrial codes and practices in order to comply with the project's scope of work.

What you'll have:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, an advanced degree in engineering. Ideally have chartered engineer status within a recognized related Engineering Institution.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in the oil and gas industry, at least five (5) years of experience in pipeline installation engineering discipline.
• Has provided professional technical services for the planning and execution of the offshore construction and installation scope for the big bore pipeline at both shallow and deep water; with focus on the successful execution of the project on time, within budget and in accordance with project requirements, specifications and standards.
• Was responsible for developing the construction plan, load out, transportation & installation strategy for the offshore works (i.e. Installation crossing the trough, escarpment, shallow and deep water zones, crossing with 3rd party facilities, and installation on top of grout bags) as well as pipeline shore pull activities.
• Was focal point with main responsibility of communication with other stakeholders in areas related to the construction and installation engineering, safety, quality, and operational aspects in order to manage and resolve technical and engineering issues in a timely manner and ensure clarity and effective management.
• Extensive experience in FEED and EPCI projects activities related to installation engineering of big bore and deep water pipeline. Proficient knowledge and working experience of installation engineering involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail design and through to construction and pre-commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to project delivery.
