Objective of the Role: Responsible for the development and production of engineering with experience in all Phases of Studies, conceptual, basic, detail, and/or field engineering, through specialized knowledge focused on the discipline of mechanical engineering, ensuring safety and a high standard of quality in the deliverables issued.

Software, Processes, and Tools:
Specific Knowledge: Mechanical Design and Engineering for Mining Infrastructure Projects and Concentration Plants. Additional experience in Oil and Gas Infrastructure is valued.
Specific Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, and at least 8 years performing in a similar role (includes supervision, and leadership in Mechanical Engineering areas). Project Management Skills and ability to work in a global environment with a high level of pressure.
Academic Qualification, Accreditations, Training: Mechanical Engineer degree, with active registration in the Peruvian College of Engineers (#CIP).
HSE Skills: Actively promotes our LIFE value behaviors and applicable HSE Policies to the Discipline.
IT Skills: Intermediate use of Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and multiple Calculation Software (desirable Conveyor Belts and Atmospheric or Pressure Tanks) and 3D CAD Design (SP3D, Revit, Cad3d, etc) and BIM knowledge, (optional stress analysis).
Personal Competencies:
High degree of interaction at all levels, with Positive Influence on people. A good level of communication at oral and written level is expected.
Ability to supervise work of subcontractors, less experienced Engineers, and Project Designers.
Other Skills: Intermediate/advanced English level
