Objective of the Role: Direction of entry-level projects responsible for the planning and execution of projects of limited complexity. Manages the engineering of a part of a project or a single project of small scope or complexity. Responsible for the daily administration of the project and/or Worley’s policies and processes to successfully achieve project objectives. Requires general knowledge of at least one technical/functional discipline. May perform the role of proposal manager for small projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Works with autonomous interaction with the supervisor and autonomous technical guidance. General tasks are assigned at the beginning of projects. The work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas that affect the work of other units. The work is reviewed to ensure conformity with the project, as well as the soundness of the approach.
• Translates the contractual requirements of the project scope into Worley’s services scope and deliverables.
• Ensures that the project schedules and resource plans are developed and used to manage project tasks.
• Manages the execution, coordination, and applies periodic reviews/controls to monitor project progress.
• Basic knowledge of project control reports and identified areas of attention.
• Ensures that Worley’s approved systems, processes, and tools are implemented and complied with in the project.
• Applies knowledge of all aspects of project engineering to supervise satisfactory technical coordination.
• Ensures that the design team knows and complies with the client’s design basis and applicable codes and regulations.
• Demonstrates understanding of the workflow and coordination of engineering project execution.
• Applies basic knowledge and understanding of the client contract to project supervision and management.
• General understanding of the principles of costs, schedules, and estimates.
• Prepares the standard project control requirements.
• Tracks costs and schedules and uses analytical skills to forecast trends.
• Ensures that the project team understands and uses the appropriate change control processes.

What You Will Bring:

• Professional in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Chemical).
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in similar roles and in the Oil & Gas, new energies industry.
• English proficiency at least B2 or C1 level.
• Solid knowledge of management systems, processes, and tools and knowledge of Worley. Ability to help others and solve problems.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Ability to organize information.
