Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 12-month term for our CIME Operations department, who will play a key role in supporting our growth! As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that the various requests received by e-mail and telephone are processed accurately and on time, providing exemplary customer service, while also contributing, on an occasional basis, to various administrative and customer perception tasks in support of our operations.

What you'll accomplish with us:

• Respond effectively to telephone and written inquiries from customers and brokers, demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Provide a pleasant, secure and easy experience for our customers and brokers.
• Update replacement policies as they evolve, and follow up as required.
• Occasionally perform other related tasks to carry out the team's activities, such as contacting customers and brokers to arrange payment.

What you'll get out of it:

• All relevant training and experience with customer service/perception experience will be considered for the position.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Experience in a call center environment (asset).
• Attention to detail and efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Autonomy, dynamism, team spirit and customer focus.
• Ability to work with various computer systems.
• No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory - Requires answering calls and providing service to an English and French speaking clientele on a regular basis.
