Associate Sales And Customer Service

We're looking for an Associate Sales And Customer Service to join our growing team! What you'll do here:

• Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions.
• Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions.
• Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
• Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Dynamic and customer-driven
• Developed advisory skills
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
• Bilingual (French and English) - Need to process claims files from English-speaking clients on a regular basis.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
