Work Location: Calgary (321 6 Ave SW #1200)
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (only working five 8-hour shifts within that period)
Hybrid model with one day in the office after 6 months (this is dependent on successful completion of probationary period). During the training phase, you may be asked to come in up to 4 days a week.
The work schedule will include all Saturdays and Statutory Holidays for the first year of employment.

This is an in-bound call center position, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with working evenings and every Saturday and Statutory holiday for the first year. We are happy to offer a day-shift schedule after 18 months in the role.
