✨ About The Role
- The Account Executive will be responsible for delivering personalized onboarding and consultative sales experiences for prospective customers in the nonprofit sector
- Working closely with various team members, the Account Executive will play a key role in shaping the future of the Sales team
- The role involves building relationships with Executive Directors, Development Directors, Grants Managers, and grant writing consultants to help them leverage Instrumentl's platform effectively
- The Account Executive will be expected to conduct onboarding sessions, follow up with prospects, and provide design and product input to enhance the user experience
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of nonprofit clients and contribute to the growth and success of Instrumentl
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in high-velocity customer-facing roles, such as sales or customer success, preferably in a SaaS company
- Strong empathy and curiosity to understand and solve customer problems effectively
- Ability to communicate complex topics easily, both in person and in writing
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Close.io
- Enthusiastic about taking control of your own success and building on existing processes
