✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Manage and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities by pre-qualifying leads based on business size and staffing needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop effective prospecting strategies and provide clients with a compelling value proposition
- Offer white glove service, articulate value proposition, and build rapport through effective communication with leads and clients

- Experienced in sales development or business development, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with leads and clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and organize sales activities to meet monthly quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred to manage accounts and leads efficiently
- Motivated individual willing to take intelligent risks and drive lead generation for the sales team
