✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building and optimizing the tech stack and reporting tools to support the sales and marketing teams
- Analyzing key business drivers, trends, and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership
- Designing and building models and dashboards to inform decision-making within the revenue organization
- Leading segmentation strategy, territory design, quota setting, and supporting incentive compensation design
- Driving the roadmap for improving operational processes and systems, including maintaining forecast models and processes
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in Revenue Operations with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including strong data and analytics skills
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools, with deep experience in Salesforce
- Ability to drive improvements throughout the sales funnel using data and modern data stack
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and proven ability to build relationships with various business partners
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company supporting Go-To-Market functions is a plus
