✨ About The Role
- Establish collaborative business relationships between Instawork and retail enterprise companies, focusing on businesses in the Retail industry that use contingent/flex labor in large quantities
- Execute the sales strategy for Instawork's B2B mobile marketplace app, reaching out to executives and key decision makers in the retail sector
- Utilize a consultative sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster, more convenient, and cost-effective solution compared to the status quo
- Work on net new client acquisition, closing new business with a combination of in-person or Zoom calls, and providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
- Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships, Retail Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers

- Experienced in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas and successfully selling into national retail businesses
- Competitive mentality with a desire to be at the top of the leaderboard, following a structured sales process and methodology
- Proficient in sales tools like Powerpoint, Excel, Google Docs, and Salesforce, with a willingness to work hard in a high-growth startup environment
- Ability to understand and anticipate decision-making processes, persistently uncovering prospects' needs and criteria
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for in-person meetings, conferences, and company events
