✨ About The Role
- Responsible for contributing to company OKRs and maintaining/growing customer base health by leading ad-hoc special projects and running analyses on launched features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on user experience, manage the community of professionals, and drive meaningful engagement
- Work closely with product, operations, design, and engineering teams to brainstorm and create new communication strategies for product offerings
- Train workers on new tools and products, manage professionals' success metrics, and provide input to update the product/engineering roadmap
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 3-4 years in a similar role, able to lead projects from conception to implementation with a focus on operational metrics and customer engagement
- Skilled in data analysis tools like SQL, automation tools such as Zapier, and proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Agile team player who can adapt to changing business needs and is willing to take on tasks at both a detailed and strategic level
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a creative mindset for developing solutions
