✨ About The Role
- Lead product marketing efforts across multiple customer segments, becoming the company expert on business and job seeker segments
- Develop and execute GTM campaigns to achieve ambitious growth goals, partnering with Product, Business Operations, and Sales leads
- Clearly articulate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in key segments, engaging users to continue using Instawork and become advocates for the product
- Mentor a team of Product and Lifecycle Marketers to execute strategies, refine messaging, and find high-performing channels/tactics for growth
- Drive the GTM strategy for Instawork's business and job seeker audiences through acquisition, cross-selling, retention, and re-activation

- Experienced product marketing professional with 10+ years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing strategy, or consulting
- Proven success in leading product marketing efforts within a startup environment, ideally as the first or second product marketer on a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from business analytics tools and primary research
- Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced startup environment, making decisions amidst ambiguity with a bias for action
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally across teams and mentoring junior teammates, passionate about empowering hourly professionals and innovating the future of work
