- Lead product marketing for Instawork's business and job seeker audiences through acquisition, cross-selling, retention, and re-activation - Develop and execute GTM campaigns to achieve ambitious growth goals - Clearly articulate key user personas, their needs, and preferences to influence the product roadmap and refine messaging - Engage users to continue using Instawork and become advocates for the platform - Manage a team of product and lifecycle marketers to execute the marketing strategy
