- Experienced in business operations/strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, and/or technology with at least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in data analytics tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI/data visualization tools
- Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently seek information, marshal resources, and deliver results
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture while also understanding the details of execution, setting key business goals, and working relentlessly to realize the strategy
