Senior International Key Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior International Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of our most critical international merchants. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for global accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring consistent value delivery across markets.

You'll work closely with product, operations, and merchant success teams to create tailored solutions, drive merchant adoption of our services, and contribute directly to our global growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills – ready to shape the future of high-impact partnerships at Instabee.

Some of the things you will do:

  • Manage international accounts – Build trusted, long-term relationships with key international merchants.
  • Drive growth – Increase adoption of Instabee's services across multiple markets.
  • Advise strategically – Use market insights to guide merchants on best practices and future-proof strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with product, operations, and merchant success to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Leverage data – Monitor merchant performance, track success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate internally – Represent the voice of global merchants and influence product and service development.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing global or key accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations and building trust at senior levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
