Account Manager

As Account Manager at ITG, you will take on the crucial responsibility of providing an outstanding service to one of ITG's largest and most exciting clients.

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. In this dynamic position, you'll build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within agreed SLAs. You'll take ownership of BAU tasks, manage end-to-end print enquiries, and lead on accurate reporting and data-driven insights that shape campaign success.

What I Need To Do (Strategically):

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders / decision makers to ensure ITG deliver the best service.
  • Professional adherence of all internal processes and best practice to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time and is always on-time.
  • Respond to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks.
  • Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs to be able to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities.

What I Need To Do (Operationally):

  • Proactive managing of all BAU related tasks, involving keeping accurate information to date & timely communicated with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end print enquiries including pulling the reports from MC/ RFQ/Quote and supplier management.
  • Train and develop capabilities across the team to ensure we're set up to manage peaks and troughs of workload / manage absence and holidays.
  • Ensure source data, wherever it originates is updated in timely manner to ensure its use is captured.
  • Provide the AD, Snr AM with weekly / monthly or ad hoc reporting as required and lead in the formatting / presenting of this data ensuring it's fit for purpose for Costa.
  • Actively support on CSC tickets for both print & digital as well as IMB screen configuration requests
  • Experience in working with data, and reporting is required for this role – our campaigns, and store segmentation, are driven by a range of data formats shared by the client.
