Als Teil unseres Inhouse-Marketings übernehmen Sie rasch eigene Themen – von Online-Kampagnen bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung unserer Angebote.

Duties

• Planning, conception and implementation of (online) marketing campaigns
• Evaluation of campaigns and derivation of sales-promoting measures
• Co-steering the utilization of our kids' products (English camps, holiday care)
• Ongoing support of the operational business (courses, camps, holiday care)
• Preparation and organization of materials and documents for ongoing programs
• Contribution to the development and placement of our offers (e.g. new marketing approaches, ideas for visibility)
• Creation and updating of sales documents, presentations and information documents
• Ordering and administration of advertising materials
• Design of documents on request (Canva, InDesign)
• Support of the team in other campaigns (newsletters, customer lists,...)
• Starting as soon as possible with comprehensive training

Qualification

• Marketing studies or comparable background and first practical experience
• Good knowledge in online marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, Pixel, Conversions)
• Very good German, confident English and a good sense for text and images
• Experience with Canva and/or InDesign and how to use AI tools effectively
• Structured, independent working method
• Interest in working on new topics and further professional development
• Organizational talent and willingness to take on operational tasks in everyday life
• Passion for the topic of further education

Salary according to BABE collective agreement, usage group IV ab € 2.978,- gross full-time basis (38h), with willingness to pay more depending on experience
