To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with production planning and operational efficiency expertise (Lean, Six Sigma, process analysis).
  • Management experience, including oversight of key performance indicators (KPIs) and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and production control tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.

Your responsibilities as the Manufacturing Engineer will include:

  • Design, optimize, and document production processes, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and validate products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Oversee quality control by defining procedures, verifying compliance with standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and ensuring traceability of materials and processes.
  • Manage maintenance planning, machinery performance, fault diagnosis, and resource allocation to maintain optimal production operations.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare technical and quality documentation, and support corporate management with budget and performance reporting.
