Sales Manager at Inspacion AG

The XR-Software platform by Inspacion enables teams in various industries to design optimal buildings and work areas for efficient operations. As a sales manager at Inspacion, you will be part of an ambitious team that is revolutionizing the future of workspace planning in functional buildings with the latest technologies. Inspacion is an ETH spin-off based in Schlieren, Zurich. Our SaaS platform is used in various industries, from industry to healthcare across Europe. Your task is to accelerate our sales activities and expand our business field.

Responsibilities

You will take over the responsibility for our sales and develop new customers. Your goal will be to scale our platform in the industrial environment across Europe and beyond. This includes:

  • Identifying business opportunities, generating and qualifying promising leads independently
  • Acquisition activities to convince prospects to participate in live demonstrations of our software platform
  • Conducting software demonstrations independently
  • Expanding our direct sales pipeline and processes
  • Supporting the creation of content such as success stories, sales arguments, white papers, etc., to accelerate the sales process and increase the closing rate

Qualification

We are looking for a person with a strong business sense who can master challenging tasks and get things done. In addition to your ability to work in a team, you should have:

  • Prominent hunter quality and a high degree of persistence
  • Experience in sales and lead generation, supported by demonstrable successes and references
  • Sales experience in the industrial environment and affinity for the planning and construction industry
  • Understanding of the business processes of our customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for talking to potential customers
  • Honesty and a genuine interest in people and a desire to understand the "pain points" of customers
  • An affinity for technical products is advantageous
  • Excellent language skills in German and English are a must, French and Italian are advantageous
  • You are entitled to work in Switzerland
