Technical Support Engineer (EPM Support - Rotational Shifts)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Problem Resolution:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation processes.
 - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems using both manual and AI-assisted diagnostics.
 - Guide customers through product features, configurations, and best practices.
 - Investigate and resolve data integration issues between our solutions and customers' ERP systems.
 - Leverage AI tools such as Forethought to enhance support efficiency, automate ticket routing, and surface relevant solutions.
 
Product Expertise & Strategic Guidance:
- Build deep expertise in insightsoftware's Budgeting, Planning, and Consolidation solutions.
 - Understand customer data flows and business processes to deliver relevant, high-impact support.
 - Apply knowledge of Financial Consolidation and FP&A to offer strategic recommendations.
 - Contribute to the training and optimization of AI models used in support workflows.
 
Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Overall experience between 4-6 years with minimum 3+ years in Financial Consolidations, Planning & Analysis, or accounting standards and practices.
 - Experience in customer-facing support or consulting roles within the Finance domain.
 - Strong understanding of finance challenges in large organizations.
 
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
 - Experience writing SQL Statements (Basic Level)
 - Experience with Corporate Performance Management tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, CCH Tagetik).
 - Understanding of multi-dimensional architecture and ERP systems.
 - Hands-on experience with Forethought or similar AI-enhanced support platforms is preferred.
 - Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and apply them to improve customer experience.
