Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Program Manager to assist in coordinating controls engineering initiatives across a portfolio of cutting-edge data center programs. This role is central to driving execution, ensuring controls programs are scoped, aligned, and delivered efficiently across multiple engineering disciplines. You will collaborate closely with TPMs, controls engineers, and leadership to streamline processes, drive accountability, and support decision-making with clear documentation and reporting. You'll help to manage program schedules, facilitate design reviews, track progress across cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between engineering, construction, and operations. You'll also support the development and optimization of program tracking tools and systems, helping to scale controls program management practices across the organization. This role will start off on a 12-month contract, fully remote.
