Principal Systems Software Engineer
The required Principal Systems Software Engineer's would be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and performance tuning of IBM System Z environments. Proven ability to deliver high system availability and robust security by managing critical software, performing complex problem resolution, and implementing effective disaster recovery strategies. Skilled in modernizing mainframe operations through automation and integrating with open-source tools. They are to oversee the activities for the mainframe integration staff, and execution of all IBM and related 3rd party products executing on System Z. The candidate needs to apply communications and analytical skills and knowledge of best practices in addition to navigate customer's on problems related to the systems usage and implementation. This role is fully remote but must work EST hours. This role will pay between $80-90/hr.
