Servicenow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. As part of a Managed Service Provider, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions while maintaining a personable and consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM and ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform CMDB administration tasks (approximately 15% of weekly workload), including: Updating Configuration Items (CIs) Managing dashboards and reports Ensuring data integrity and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Work in a customer-facing capacity to provide support and build strong client relationships.
