This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. As part of a Managed Service Provider, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions while maintaining a personable and consultative approach.
