A mid-size Financial Services company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for a hunting-focused Strategic Channel Sales role. This critical role emphasizes pipeline creation, deal origination, and deal closure through strategic channel relationships with renewable energy and energy efficiency developers serving Fortune 500 and institutional clients across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance—particularly in lending, commercial credit, and structuring energy-as-a-service deals—and a proven ability to prospect new accounts, build relationships from scratch, and drive repeat business. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a book of business; instead, it requires a self-starter who thrives in execution-heavy environments, leverages their professional network, and can identify and close 3–5 new clients per year. Experience in sustainability, energy, solar, or battery storage is highly valued. This is a base-plus-commission role with uncapped commission and accelerators for hitting quota. This is a remote role with 30% expected travel within North America as needed. Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000.
