Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the Marketing Cloud platform. This individual will partner closely with marketing, CRM, and data teams to execute campaigns, maintain data integrity, and enhance platform capabilities. The role is hands-on, supporting audience segmentation, campaign execution, automation, and personalization while ensuring compliance with marketing regulations and internal governance standards. This position plays a critical role in enabling the marketing team to deliver targeted, high-performing campaigns aligned to business objectives within a regulated financial services environment. The Administrator will be ensuring customers are targeted with the right email campaigns and be pulling segment data using SQL, personalizing content using AMPScript, and ensuring accuracy before the email goes out. There will be ongoing maintenance to the platform such as managing users and sends, keeping data clean and compliant, and ensuring the Salesforce system is connected properly to other platforms within the business.
