Partner with digital product managers, architects, quality engineers, and Salesforce administrators to design and drive the execution and delivery of products. Partner with solution architects to drive: the definition and execution standards for designing new solutions, the definition and execution of best-practices, and see that they are adopted and practiced by the development team. Design and implement scalable and testable solutions utilizing native Salesforce functionality. Lead conversations around code reviews with other engineers and administrators to provide constructive feedback to help grow the team. Design and implement integrations of Salesforce applications with third-party systems. Bring an excitement and passion to building a world-class Salesforce team and application. Work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc. in a fast-paced agile environment.
