Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Senior Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This role is critical to maintaining and evolving a complex, high-performance environment that supports all physical infrastructure and shared services. The ideal candidate will be expected to quickly understand and take ownership of the environment with minimal guidance. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintain and optimize VMware and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory and domain services, including deployments and configurations.
• Manage VEEAM backup infrastructure and ensure data protection and recovery readiness.
• Configure and support Pure Storage and SAN environments.
• Maintain Citrix shared services for secure remote access and application delivery.
• Oversee DFS and network shares for secure and efficient file access.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HPE and Dell hardware, including firmware updates and lifecycle management.
• Monitor infrastructure health using Orion/NPM or similar tools.
• Perform standard patching and ensure system uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with the data center team to support hardware and environmental needs.
• Provide backup and support for other team members managing infrastructure.
