Engineering Project Manager

A large software and networking company is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to work within an Agile environment. This person will support engineering initiatives across security, data, software development, and quality domains. They will coordinate and facilitate cross-team communications, identify and mitigate risks, and leverage AI tools to drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and program management skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Program Management: Lead and manage engineering programs using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Initiative Tracking, Execution, & Reporting: Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Rovo) to manage initiative status and execution. Build, maintain, and share dynamic dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility to stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple engineering teams, stakeholders, and business units to drive project success.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on program timelines and quality.
• AI-Driven Insights & Utilization: Leverage and utilize AI tools for analysis, learning, recommendations, and validation. Synthesize AI-generated data to inform decision-making, optimize workflows, and drive program efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between engineering teams, product management, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure engineering initiatives meet quality standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and adaptation by incorporating feedback, retrospectives, and AI-validated recommendations into program processes.
