Insight Global is looking for an RTE to join their team remotely. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a leader and coach on the Agile Release Train (ART), a team of teams that plan, commit, develop, and deploy software together to deliver significant value to Eversource's end customers. This leader/coach possesses a strong understanding of Agile and can execute and manage Agile processes. The RTE will lead and guide multiple ARTs in accordance with SAFe principles, ensuring alignment across teams and optimizing the flow of value. The RTE will handle changes associated with multiple projects on a key business platform, Maximo. The RTE will be asked to create the process for managing and prioritizing changes, then implement the process, with documentation, and apply it to changes in the pipeline. This will be a 9 month project.
