The Product Marketing Manager for our client will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the value of an award-winning, AI-first Contact Center portfolio. This role is responsible for translating complex technology—across Microsoft Teams–native contact centers and AI voice solutions—into clear, compelling, audience-focused messaging that drives market adoption and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Field teams, the Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement for their CCaaS product. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong storyteller with hands-on GTM experience who thrives at the intersection of enterprise CX, applied AI, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
