Insight Global is seeking a part-time CATIA Design & Simulation Engineer to join a client specializing in IT consulting. In this role, you will own and resolve support tickets for CATIA 3DExperience issues, handling everything from initial evaluation to closure. You'll troubleshoot and configure user accounts, roles, and workspaces, as well as maintain backend configurations and EKL scripts to optimize workflows. Providing Tier 2/3 support for Arena PLM and related systems is also a key responsibility. You'll communicate and collaborate closely with the project manager, tech lead, and clients to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions. All actions and updates will be documented in Jira to ensure SLA compliance. The position requires attending meetings and standups as needed, working PST hours for up to 20 hours per week. Success in this role means fostering a positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative team culture while applying strong expertise in CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud administration and support. You'll utilize your proficiency in EKL scripting and web services, leverage your familiarity with Arena PLM, and draw on at least five years of experience in PLM/CAD/CAE administration or IT support roles. Prior experience in ticket-based, SLA-driven support models and excellent communication, estimation, and documentation skills are essential.
