Insight Global is seeking a highly organized, senior-level Marketing Program Manager / Marketing Operations Lead to support strategic initiatives. This role sits within a fast-paced Agile environment, partnering closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional marketing teams. This person will serve as the operational backbone of the team, bringing structure, clarity, and organization to complex programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing operations, executive-level communication, and Agile methodologies. Day to day this person will manage project and program tracking across Jira, Monday.com, and SharePoint, ensuring roadmap visibility and alignment. Experience functioning as a Chief of Staff or hybrid PM/Operations leader is highly preferred. This is a 12 month ongoing contract and pays $61-66hr.
