Lead Software Engineer

Engineering Solutions Lead

You will:

• Lead a team of high performing engineers and SDETs in the design/architecture, build, test, release, and support of engineering solutions in-line with enterprise and industry standards.
• Work with a variety of teams across the technology department to evaluate, estimate, develop and create high impact projects on schedule.
• Perform solution analysis, translating requirements into technical and non-functional specifications.
• Implement applications and services using C#, React, GraphQL, and various technical frameworks and data storage solutions.
• Mentor senior, junior, and mid-level engineers within your team.
• Write performant, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing.
• Consult with product owners and end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions.

The team is on a release solumn – they are anticipating a plan release and want to make sure the repositories get deployed correctly. Jorge either has a lack or organization or communication and organization skills are key – needs to get responses in teams relatively quickly. They need to be getting with QA to see where they are with automation.
