Senior ServiceNow Developer
A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive ITOM experience to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The candidate should have experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, and will lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions is essential. The role also includes mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance, while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging out-of-the-box features to minimize customizations, promoting reuse of code, components, and proven design patterns. Responsibilities include performing upgrade testing across ServiceNow releases, maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to ensure platform stability, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for development and configuration activities.
