A client of Insight Global is looking to add a ServiceNow Developer with solid ITSM and platform administration experience to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include performing platform administration tasks such as managing users, roles, and permissions, as well as assisting with integrations and customizations as needed. The individual will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, participate in testing and deployment activities, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Additional duties include troubleshooting and resolving platform issues and maintaining clear documentation for all development and configuration work. This position pays $10-$12/hour. Payrates will vary by experience.
