A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced IAM Operations Engineer (L3) with 5–7 years of expertise to join their team and support high-volume identity and access management environments. This role focuses on operational support, configuration management, and escalation handling, and will operate in two shifts: 5:00 PM–1:00 AM MST and 12:00 AM–8:00 AM MST. The ideal candidate will triage IAM tickets, perform detailed log analysis, and ensure smooth system performance during off-peak hours. Responsibilities include second-tier customer support, investigating authentication issues, validating configurations, and working through backlog items. You'll collaborate with global teams, escalate complex issues to IAM Architects or Auth0 Support, and contribute to maintaining secure and efficient IAM operations. Strong skills in troubleshooting, log parsing, and adherence to escalation protocols are essential.
