Kubernetes Engineer

Build and maintain Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Terraform) for tenant environments and namespaces.

Apply Kubernetes application configurations, RBAC, IRSA, and security policies.

Perform EKS patching, upgrades, and platform configuration changes.

Deploy and configure Kubernetes load balancers (public & ingress) to TIC 3.0 standards.

Execute base image maintenance tasks and assist in image distribution.

Support tenant onboarding: repo setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, Helm chart deployment.

Work and collaborate closely with the application teams to define and clarify roles and responsibilities for customer-facing aspects of the platform.

Carry out automation workflows for self-service and provisioning tasks.

Support backup/restore processes and DR execution.

Contribute to platform documentation and operational runbooks.

Participate in after-hours and weekend maintenance rotations.
