IT Application Engineer

Technology Operations & Engineering Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technology Operations & Engineering Support professional to join the Enterprise Security application technology team. This role supports the Enterprise Security & Resiliency group, whose mission is to safeguard people, facilities, critical operations, and protected information through best-practice security and resiliency strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technology operations lifecycle processes, including disaster recovery, cloud migrations, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, identify solutions, and ensure technology objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational run-books. Assist in drafting project requirements for Enterprise Security initiatives, ensuring feasibility and timely implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, vendors, infrastructure, DBAs, telecom, etc.) to support ongoing technology operations and resiliency efforts.
