Job Title

Design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM (Decision Center & Decision Server). Configure and implement ruleflows, decision tables, decision trees, and action rules. Work closely with business analysts to translate business policies into executable rules. Develop and manage XOM/BOM models and ensure proper object modeling for rule authoring. Integrate ODM with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs, Java, and other middleware components. Implement testing strategies, including rule unit testing, scenario testing, and decision validation. Manage deployment, versioning, and governance of rules across environments.
