Functional Test Engineer - INTL India

Job Title

Provide test estimates and feedback during planning phases.

Create and maintain Test Strategy, Quality gates and metrics documentation.

Create and maintain manual test cases, test scenarios and test plans.

Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test documentation.

Execute manual tests, prepare Test reports & Test Summary.

Execute data load and performance testing of the application.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools and create Defect Reports (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.).

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
