Document migration procedures and outcomes for repeatability. Work within established change control processes when executing scripts against production databases.
Own escalated support tickets from triage through resolution and documentation. Investigate issues across Azure-hosted web apps, APIs, and databases using logs, query results, and Azure Monitor. Debug production issues and develop workarounds; coordinate code-level fixes with the Dev team. Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients — translating technical findings into plain language and setting accurate expectations. Maintain accurate, complete ticket documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Execute deployments to non-production environments independently. Execute production deployments under supervision; progression toward independent ownership over time. Author, test, and execute schema and data upgrade scripts without supervision. Work within Azure DevOps pipelines and follow established change control processes.
Write C# and PowerShell to automate operational tasks. Operate the team's administrative utility. Manage Azure infrastructure: web apps, Functions, APIs, Azure SQL Database. Administer Linux (Ubuntu) VMs as needed. Perform administrative tasks in Citrix, Salesforce, and other third-party platforms. Assist with vulnerability remediation.
