Design, configure, and develop components within SailPoint IdentityNow, including lifecycle manager processes, access request workflows, and certifications. Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with enterprise systems (on-premises and cloud). Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors to meet compliance requirements. Collaborate with IAM architects to align technical solutions with security policies. Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues in IdentityNow. Implement RBAC, SoD, and other governance controls. Collaborate with operational teams for solution handover and provide documentation and training. Support automation initiatives for identity lifecycle processes. Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and industry trends.
